Green Tea Is Rich In EGCG A Potent Antioxidant

Chinese green tea is lighter and less intense than green teas from Japan.



Chinese green tea is air dried and cooked, usually by pan firing in woks or heated in ovens to prevent oxidation and preserve their color and add to their flavor.

Does green tea contain caffeine?



While tea and coffee both contain caffeine, generally speaking, tea contains far less caffeine.
